THE HENDERSON SMALLER COMPANIES INVESTMENT TRUST PLC

As at close of business on 19 April 2010, the unaudited net asset value per share calculated in accordance with the AIC formula (including current financial year revenue items) was 290.4p and the net asset value per share including debt marked at fair value was 283.0p.  

As at close of business on 19 April 2010, the unaudited net asset value per share (calculated excluding current financial year revenue items) was 286.3p and the net asset value per share including debt marked at fair value was 278.9p.
