THE HENDERSON SMALLER COMPANIES INVESTMENT TRUST PLC

As at close of business on 7 December 2009, the unaudited net asset value per share calculated in accordance with the AIC formula (including current financial year revenue items) was 253.7p and the net asset value per share including debt marked at fair value was 246.6p.  

As at close of business on 7 December 2009, the unaudited net asset value per share (calculated excluding current financial year revenue items) was 251.4p and the net asset value per share including debt marked at fair value was 244.2p.
