THE HENDERSON SMALLER COMPANIES INVESTMENT TRUST PLC

As at close of business on 26 March 2010, the unaudited net asset value per share calculated in accordance with the AIC formula (including current financial year revenue items) was 283.1p and the net asset value per share including debt marked at fair value was 275.6p.  

As at close of business on 26 March 2010, the unaudited net asset value per share (calculated excluding current financial year revenue items) was 279.5p and the net asset value per share including debt marked at fair value was 272.1p.
