THE HENDERSON SMALLER COMPANIES INVESTMENT TRUST PLC

As at close of business on 16 April 2010, the unaudited net asset value per share calculated in accordance with the AIC formula (including current financial year revenue items) was 291.9p and the net asset value per share including debt marked at fair value was 284.4p.  

As at close of business on 16 April 2010, the unaudited net asset value per share (calculated excluding current financial year revenue items) was 287.8p and the net asset value per share including debt marked at fair value was 280.3p.
