Notification of Transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") and persons closely associated with them
The Company has been advised of a transfer by way of gift of 125,000 Ordinary Shares by Sally Anne Reis to a new family trust, The Sally Reis Discretionary Settlement 2019. The Ordinary Shares are registered in the joint names of Sally Anne Reis, John Spencer Reis, Peter John Miller Scott and Jonathan James Sykes (a Non-executive Director of the Company) as trustees of the The Sally Reis Discretionary Settlement 2019. The transaction has the effect of increasing Mr Sykes' non-beneficial interest by 125,000 Ordinary Shares.
As a result of the above transaction, the total beneficial and non-beneficial interests of Mr Sykes in the Ordinary Shares are now as follows:
