We have been advised today that Mr. E.J. Boot's non-beneficial holding of
Ordinary Shares in the Company has been reduced from 119,566 shares to 93,383
shares (0.35% of shares in issue) consequent upon the transfer on 11th November
2006 of 26,183 shares from a family trust to a beneficiary who has attained the
age of 21. Mr. E.J. Boot's beneficial holding of shares remains unchanged at
1,095,242 (4.20% of shares in issue).
