The 2009 Annual Report and Financial Statements, Notice of AGM and Statement by auditors on ceasing to hold office as a result of being unsuccessful in a competitive tender by the Company for the audit appointment, are being posted to shareholders today. They will also be available on the Company's website at www.henryboot.co.uk.  A resolution to appoint PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as auditors of the Company is set out in the Notice of the AGM.
