We have been advised by Hermes Administration Services Limited that:
a) the Hermes UK Small Companies Focus Fund ('SCFF') has increased its
holding of ordinary shares in the Company from the previously notified
figure of 1,335,000 to 1,535,000 (registered in the name of Chase Nominees
Limited) which constitutes 5.893% of the issued ordinary share capital of
the Company.
b) Royal Mail Pension Trustees Limited is one of the partners of SCFF and,
in addition to the above, has a holding of 298,827 ordinary shares in the
Company (registered in the name of Possfund Nominees Limited) which
constitutes 1.14% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company,
giving (with (a)above) a total notifiable interest of 1,833,827 ordinary
shares, being 7.04% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
