The Company has been informed that, on 21 July 2022, Henrietta Marsh, a non-executive director of the Company, bought 1,000 ordinary shares of 25p nominal value each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 16.447999p per share.

Following the above mentioned acquisition, Henrietta Marsh is beneficially interested in 1,000 Ordinary Shares.
