On 13 January 2021 Herald Investment Trust plc (the "Company") purchased for cancellation 39,000 shares at a price of 2,159.44 pence per share. |

Following the purchase and cancellation of the above shares 65,744,418 ordinary shares of 25p each will remain in issue. The Company holds no ordinary shares in Treasury. |
|
|
|
This figure 65,744,418 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company's shares under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency rules. |
