Hexagon Housing Association Limited ("Hexagon") today announce a number of changes and restructure to the Executive Team.

The posts of Housing Services Director and Property Service Director have been merged to create a new position of Operations Director. Rebecca Outram (Housing Services Director) and Charles Mtakati (Property Services Director) have resigned from their respective positions. Hexagon is currently in the process of recruiting a new executive level role of Operations Director and expect to make an announcement shortly. This new role will help streamline the housing management and asset management functions of the organisation.

Separately, Hexagon's Finance and IT Director, Izzet Dizdar, has resigned for personal reasons due to a family bereavement and will leave the organisation on 31 August 2023.  Hexagon are in the process of recruiting an Interim Finance and IT Director to ensure a smooth handover.
