HG Capital Trust PLC 05 April 2004 Appointment of new Directors HgCapital Trust PLC announces that Roger Mountford and Andrew Murison have agreed to join the Board, as non - executive directors, with effect from 20 April 2004. Roger Mountford spent thirty years as a merchant banker in the City of London and in the Far East, latterly as a Managing Director in the Corporate Finance Department of SG Hambros, responsible for the bank's private equity advisory practice. He now serves on a number of boards including the Civil Aviation Authority, where he is Chairman of the CAA Pension Scheme, and the Port of Dover. He is Chairman of Enterprise LSE Limited. Andrew Murison was Senior Bursar of Peterhouse, Cambridge for nine years and previously for twelve years a principal in private equity partnerships in the USA. Prior to that he was a fund manager, financial journalist and investment banker in the City of London. He serves on a number of boards and is Chairman of the J P Morgan Fleming Continental European Investment Trust.
