The Company was informed on 13 October 2014 that 260 Ordinary shares of 25p each in the capital of the Company were acquired for the benefit of Roger Mountford, a Director of the Company, on 3 October 2014 under a dividend reinvestment plan. The Ordinary shares were bought at a price of £10.785 per share.

Roger Mountford now has an interest in 15,018 Ordinary shares representing less than 0.01% of the total voting rights (37,324,698) in the Company.
