The Company was informed on 6 September 2016 that 1500 Ordinary shares of 25p each in the capital of the Company were acquired for the benefit of Margaret Elizabeth Victoria Powell, a connected person of Mark Powell, a Director of the Company. The transaction took place on 28 June 2016 at a price of £11.92 per share.

Mark Powell now has an interest in 6,500 Ordinary shares representing 0.01% of the total voting rights (37,324,698) in the Company.
