HICL Infrastructure Company Limited ("HICL" or the "Company")

 

Additional Listing

Application has been made for 1,920,795 ordinary shares of 0.01p each fully paid in the Company ("Shares") to be admitted to the Official List of the FSA and to trading on the London Stock Exchange. It is expected that these Shares will be admitted on 30 June 2011. The application is being made pursuant to the scrip dividend alternative in lieu of cash for the second interim dividend in respect of the year ended 31 March 2011. Elections for a scrip dividend were received in respect of 11.07% of the ordinary shares in issue as at the record date of 27 May 2011. When issued, these Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares.
