Appointment of Dresdner Kleinwort as Joint Corporate Broker

The Board of HSBC Infrastructure Company Limited ('HICL'), the listed infrastructure investment company, is pleased to announce the appointment with immediate effect of Dresdner Kleinwort Limited as joint corporate broker alongside Oriel Securities Limited.

HICL will announce its preliminary results for the year ended 31 March 2008, on Wednesday, 28 May.
