Extension of the Group's Revolving Credit Facility
HICL Infrastructure Company Limited, the listed infrastructure investment company advised by InfraRed Capital Partners Limited, is pleased to announce the extension of its £400m revolving credit facility for a further year.
The facility with National Australia Bank, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, Lloyds Bank, Royal Bank of Scotland, ING, Santander, HSBC and Credit Agricole remains on the same terms as previously, namely a margin of 1.65% over LIBOR. The new expiry date is 31 May 2022.
