Renewal of the Group's Revolving Credit Facility
HICL Infrastructure Company Limited ("HICL" or "the Company"), the listed infrastructure investment company advised by InfraRed Capital Partners Limited, is pleased to announce the renewal of its £400m revolving credit facility for a further three years.
The facility has been agreed on improved terms for the Company, including a reduced margin of 1.65% over LIBOR. The new expiry date is 31 May 2021.
There was strong appetite for participation in the renewed facility for HICL. The ongoing support of the existing banking group, who have all remained in the facility, is testament to the Company's financial strength and its relationships with lenders. The banking group now comprises National Australia Bank, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, Lloyds Bank, Royal Bank of Scotland, ING, Santander and HSBC, supplemented by the addition of Credit Agricole.
