Charlton purchased 20,000 Hidong shares (representing approximately 1.17% of the
total Hidong shares in issue) on 17 October 2005 increasing his holding to
231,997 Hidong shares representing 13.54% of its issued share capital. The
notification was sent to the registered office of Hidong on 17 October 2005 and
was today passed on to its head office.
