Cancellation of AIM admission

Further to the announcement by the Company on 30 May 2008, the Board announces that the cancellation of admission of its shares to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange (the 'Cancellation') and admission of the Company's shares to the Official List and to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange is now expected to take place on or around 19 June 2008. The Cancellation is conditional on the Company's shares being admitted to the Official List and to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange.
