HIGHBRIDGE MULTI-STRATEGY FUND LIMITED (the "Company")

Confirmation of Tender Offer Payments

The Board of the Company is pleased to announce that on or before Wednesday, 22 February, 2017 an amount equal to £2.0549 per Sterling Share repurchased pursuant to the tender offer in October, 2016 (the "Tender Offer") is expected to be paid to shareholders of the Company who took part in the Tender Offer ("Tender Creditors").

As advised in the Circular dated 26 September, 2016, a further payment to Tender Creditors is intended to be made once the final outstanding proceeds have been received from the Company's investments in AllBlue Limited and AllBlue Leveraged Feeder Limited. 

The Board of the Company has resolved that any distributions with a value of less than £10.00 or US$15.00, as applicable, will not be paid to the relevant Tender Creditors and will instead be retained for the benefit of the Company, as the cost to the Company and Tender Creditors of making such small distributions would exceed the value of the distributable amounts.
