BlueCrest ALLBLUE FUND LIMITED (the "Company")

CONVERSION BETWEEN SHARE CLASSES & ADMISSION OF NEW SHARES

Conversion requests

The table below summarises the aggregate number of shares of each class in relation to which the Company has received requests to convert such shares into shares of another class with effect from 3 October 2011 (the "Conversion Day").

From Sterling Shares to Euro Shares                                                                           89,342

From Euro Shares to Sterling Shares                                                                         200,000

From Euro Shares to US Dollar Shares                                                                      244,527

Conversion ratios

The net asset value per share of each class as at the Conversion Day was as follows:

£1.6906 in the case of Sterling Shares

€1.6380 in the case of Euro Shares

$1.6275 in the case of US Dollar Shares

The spot conversion rates used for these conversions were:

GBP/EURO:      1.1639

EURO/GBP:      0.8591

EURO/USD:      1.3425

On the basis of the above, the conversion ratios are as follows:

1.201305 Euro Shares for every one Sterling Share

0.832410 Sterling Shares for every one Euro Share

1.351160 US Dollar Shares for every one Euro Share

Admission of new shares

Application has been made for 77,140 Sterling Shares and 330,395 US Dollar Shares to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange.  It is expected that such listing will become effective and that dealings in such shares will commence on 15 November 2011.

Results of conversion

With effect from 15 November 2011, the issued share capital of the Company will be as follows:

Sterling Shares:            496,804,997

Euro Shares:                 8,908,324

US Dollar Shares:         83,636,930

All shareholders have equal voting rights based on the number of shares held. Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 588,,900,251 (excluding 450,000 Sterling Shares held in treasury) and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
