Dealings by significant shareholder

The Company announced earlier today the sale by Michael Platt, principal of BlueCrest Capital Management LLP, of 5,851,800 sterling ordinary shares in the Company, representing 1.96% of the total voting rights. These shares were sold in order to satisfy secondary market demand and Mr Platt has informed the Company that he intends to reinvest, as a minimum, the proceeds from this sale in the proposed fundraising announced by the Company on 31 March 2010, due to complete in June 2010.
