Directors' dealings

The Company announces that pursuant to the cash exit opportunity offered to all shareholders, Mr Paul Meader, a director of the Company, has submitted a redemption request for 7,163 Sterling Ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company.  Following this cash exit Mr Paul Meader is interested in 22,000 Sterling Ordinary Shares representing 0.0054% of the Company's issued share capital as at 24 February 2016.

Pursuant to the cash exit opportunity offered to all shareholders, Mr Richard Crowder, a director of the Company, has submitted a redemption request for 20,000 Sterling Ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company. Following this cash exit, Mr Richard Crowder is interested in 100,000 Sterling Ordinary Shares representing 0.0248% of the Company's issued share capital as at 24 February 2016.

The Company hereby confirms that Mr John Le Prevost, a director of the Company, is interested in 96,784 Sterling Ordinary Shares representing 0.0240% of the Company's issued share capital as at 24 February 2016.

Sarita Keen and Steve Le Page, both directors of the Company, do not have an interest in any shares in the Company.
