DIRECTOR'S OTHER DIRECTORSHIP 

Notification is made in accordance with LR 9.6.14 that Mr John Le Prevost, a director of the Company, has advised the Company that he was appointed with effect from 13 January 2014 a director of the following companies:-

1.   Doric Nimrod Air One Limited, which had Ordinary Preference Shares admitted to the Official List of the Channel Islands Securities Exchange ("CISE") and to trading on the Specialist Fund Market of the London Stock Exchange ("SFM") on 13 December 2010;

2.   Doric Nimrod Air Two Limited, which had Ordinary Preference Shares admitted to the Official List of  the CISE and  trading on the SFM on 14 July 2011; and

3.   Doric Nimrod Air Three Limited, which had Ordinary Preference Shares admitted to the Official List of  the CISE and  trading on the SFM on 2 July 2013; and
