BLUECREST ALLBLUE FUND LIMITED (the "Company") 

DIRECTORATE CHANGE - APPOINTMENT OF ALTERNATE DIRECTOR

In accordance with Rule 9.6.11(1) of the Listing Rules, the Company announces that Robert Heaselgrave was appointed as alternate director for Andrew Dodd with effect from 11 April 2013. 

The appointment of Mr Heaselgrave shall remain valid until revoked by either Mr Dodd or Mr Heaselgrave, or Mr Dodd ceases to be a director of the Company. 

In accordance with paragraph 9.6.13 (1) of the Listing Rules, the Company notes that Mr Heaselgrave is an alternate director of BlueCrest BlueTrend Limited.

There are no additional disclosures that require to be made in respect of paragraphs 9.6.13 (2) - (6) of the Listing Rules.
