RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

The Company announces that Mr. Andrew Dodd, Non-Executive Director, has tendered his resignation from the Company and will leave the Board with effect from 3 February 2016.   He has served on the Board since May 2008.

As a result of this resignation, Mr Robert Heaselgrave, Alternate Director to Andrew Dodd will cease to be a director of the Company with effect from the date of Mr Dodd's resignation.

The Board would like to thank Mr Dodd and Mr Heaselgrave for their contributions to the Company and wish them both well for the future.
