RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

The Company announces that Mr John Le Prevost, Non-Executive Director, has tendered his resignation from the Company and will leave the Board with effect from 27 April 2016.   He has served on the Board since April 2006.

The Board would like to thank Mr Le Prevost for his contribution to the Company and wish him well for the future.
