 BlueCrest AllBlue Fund Limited (the "Company") announces that today, Mr Paul Meader, a director of the Company, has made a market purchase of 7,500 Sterling Ordinary Shares of the Company at a price of £1.6633 per share on the main market of the London Stock Exchange.

Following his purchase of 7,500 Sterling Ordinary Shares, Mr Meader, is interested in 29,163 Sterling Ordinary Shares representing 0.0049% of the Company's issued share capital as at today's date.
