HIGHBRIDGE MULTI-STRATEGY FUND LIMITED  (the "Company")

The Company advises that the next annual general meeting (the "AGM") of the shareholders of the Company will be held at Ground Floor, Dorey Court, Admiral Park, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 2HT on Wednesday, 20 July 2016 at 9.30 a.m. 

The notice convening the AGM and a form of proxy were posted to all shareholders on 5 July 2016.   In compliance with Listing Rules 9.6.1 and 9.6.3 a copy of the notice has been submitted to the FCA's National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm.  It is also available for download from the Company's website https://www.highbridgemsfltd.co.uk.
