The Board of Highbridge Tactical Credit Fund Limited confirms that the Annual General Meeting of shareholders will be held on Thursday 28 October 2021 at 1000hrs at the Company's registered office, Sarnia House, Le Truchot, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 1GR.
Copies of the Notice of Annual General Meeting Notice and Form of Proxy will be sent to all shareholders. Additional copies are available from the Company's registered office and are available on the Company website at https://www.highbridgemsfltd.co.uk/
