BLUECREST ALLBLUE FUND LIMITED (THE "COMPANY")

Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting

Further to the announcement on 9 July 2010 in relation to the monthly conversion facility, the Company announces that it has today posted to shareholders of the Company a circular (the "Circular") giving notice of an extraordinary general meeting (the "EGM") to be held at 11.00 a.m. on 22 September 2010.

The business of the EGM will be to approve the following amendments to the Articles:

(i)         to allow the Company, at the discretion of the Directors, to offer a monthly conversion facility as at the first business day of each calendar month in place of the existing quarterly conversion facility; and

(ii)        to amend the latest time conversion request forms need to be received by the Administrator from 40 calendar days to 10 business days prior to the relevant conversion date.

The next conversion opportunity will be the existing 1 October 2010 quarterly conversion date and, subject to shareholder approval, the first monthly conversion date would be 1 November 2010. As with the existing quarterly conversion facility, the monthly conversion facility would, if approved by Shareholders, operate at the Directors' discretion.

The Company's EGM will be held at Anson Place, Mill Court, La Charroterie, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 1EJ at 11.00 am on 22 September 2010.

Terms used in this announcement shall, unless the context otherwise requires, bear the meanings given to them in the Circular dated 11 August 2010. A copy of the Circular will shortly be available for public inspection at the Document Viewing Facility, the Financial Services Authority, 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14 5HS. In addition, an electronic copy of the Circular will be available on the Company's website, www.bluecrestallblue.co.uk.
