BLUECREST ALLBLUE FUND LIMITED

REDEMPTION PRICE FOR US DOLLAR SHARES

Further to the announcement dated 24 May 2013 setting out the results of the Redemption Offer, the Board of BlueCrest AllBlue Fund Limited (the "Company") announces that the Redemption Price is US$1.7035 per share.

It is expected that CREST accounts will be credited with redemption proceeds in respect of uncertificated US Dollar Shares, and cheques dispatched in respect of certificated US Dollar Shares, by 31 August 2013.

Terms used and not defined in this announcement have the meanings given in the Circular dated 1 May 2013.
