In accordance with the provisions of D.2.2 of the Combined Code on Corporate Governance, the Company advises that for the Second General Meeting held on 19 June 2009 valid proxy appointments were made in respect of 83,839,352 voting shares and voting was as follows:

IT WAS RESOLVED to re-elect Mr Andrew Dodd a director. (79,736,917 votes cast in favour and 4,102,435 votes cast against and no votes withheld).
