Directors' dealings

BlueCrest AllBlue Fund Limited (the "Company") announces that on 27 December 2012 Mr Richard Crowder, a director of the Company, made a market purchase of 58,150 Sterling Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of £1.6913 per share on the main market of the London Stock Exchange.

Following this purchase of shares Mr Crowder is interested in 120,000 Sterling Ordinary Shares representing 0.021% of the Company's issued share capital as at today's date. 

Mr Crowder's holding no longer includes 30,925 Sterling Shares held by Lucy Crowder who is no longer a connected person.

This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.2 R
