GENERAL TEXT AMENDMENT - DISCLOSURE OF VOTING RIGHTS

The following amendments have been made to the 'Disclosure of Voting Rights' announcement released on 
4 January 2010 at 07.00 under RNS No 9234E:

The numbers of Ordinary Shares and C Shares in issue were transposed incorrectly and have been changed to read:

Ordinary Shares

Euro:                                      5,303,602

US Dollar:                             15,915,995

C Shares

Sterling:                                96,417,954

Euro:                                      1,097,780

US Dollar:                              5,830,631

All other details remain unchanged.

In accordance with 5.6.1 of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, please find below the total number of voting rights and capital in respect of each class of share and the total number of shares that the Company holds in treasury. 

Each share has the following voting rights:
