BlueCrest ALLBLUE FUND LIMITED (the "Company")

TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS

As at 31 December 2013, the issued share capital of the Company (excluding 46,276,336 Sterling Shares and 4,310,945 US Dollar Shares held in treasury) is as follows:

Sterling Shares:                        431,283,819

Euro Shares:                            8,811,878

US Dollar Shares:                    38,958,065

All shareholders have equal voting rights based on the number of shares held. Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 479,053,762 (excluding 46,276,336          Sterling Shares and 4,310,945 US Dollar Shares held in treasury) and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
