CLOSE ALLBLUE FUND LIMITED (THE 'COMPANY)

VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL

In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6 the
Company notifies the market of the following:

The Company's issued capital with voting rights consists of 135,283,599 Sterling
Shares, 5,676,877 Euro Shares and 9,632,602 US$ Shares.  The Company holds no
shares of any class in treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 150,593,078.

The above figure (150,593,078) may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify
their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
