Appointment of Finance Director

Highcroft Investments Limited ("the Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Roberta Miles as Finance Director and Company Secretary of the Company with effect from 1 July 2010. David Bowman will step down from the Board and the position of Finance Director on the expiry of his contract on 30 June 2010.

Roberta is also a director of Mechadyne plc and Mechadyne International Limited.  She was a director of Corac Group plc from 2001 to 2005.

John Hewitt, the Chairman of the Company, commented: "We are delighted to announce the appointment of Roberta to the Board. I am sure she will make a significant contribution to the business and its management as we look to drive the Company forward. We are also very grateful for the fine service David has provided to the Company over the years and wish him all the best for his future endeavours"
