Director Appointment
The Board of Highcroft Investments Plc is delighted to announce the appointment
of Christopher Clark as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 January
2006.
Christopher Clark, age 63, was the Head of Research at Credit Lyonnais between
the years of 1998-2002 and will bring considerable public company experience to
the Board.
Mr Clark has had the following directorships over the ten years preceding the
date of his appointment:
