                        Notification of Option Exercise


On 8 January 2008 the following PDMR exercised his option to purchase the number
of ordinary shares of 10 pence each set out in the table below in the capital of
the Company. These options were granted on the date shown below pursuant to the
Company's 2004 Stock Option Plan:

On 8 January 2008, the PDMR disposed of the following number of shares acquired 
pursuant to the exercise of the options set out above:

As a result of the above transactions the PDMR stated above does not have any
holdings in the ordinary share capital of the Company.
