Additional Listing



Application has been made for a block listing of 2,000,000 new ordinary shares
of 25 pence each of the Company to be admitted to the Official List of the UK
Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange. These shares will
rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares and will be issued pursuant to
the exercise of options under the Company's approved share option scheme,
unapproved share option scheme and the savings related share option scheme.



Copies of these documents are available for inspection from the Document Viewing
Facility of the UK Listing Authority during the next two business days and from
Arbuthnot Securities Limited up to and including 14 days from date thereof.
