HILL & SMITH HOLDINGS PLC ('HILL & SMITH') APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY

Mr Humphreys, who is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Secretaries, 
takes over the role from Chris Burr, who remains Group Finance Director.
