Board Appointment

 

Hill & Smith Holdings PLC ('Hill & Smith' or 'the Group'), an international group with leading positions in the supply of infrastructure products and galvanizing services to global markets, is pleased to announce the appointment of Hannah Nichols as Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Board, with effect from 16 September 2019.

 

Hannah has had a 14 year career with BT Group plc ("BT"), most recently as Chief Financial Officer, Asia, Middle East & Africa for BT Global Services, based in Singapore, with responsibility for a complex and key growth region for BT, leading a 70 strong globally and culturally diverse finance team. BT Global Services provides integrated and secure network and IT infrastructure services to over 800 multinational and domestic customers in the AMEA region with revenues of c.£600m and presence in 46 countries. Prior to working for BT, Hannah held a number of financial and commercial roles at Cable & Wireless.

 

Hannah qualified as a chartered accountant with Arthur Andersen in 1999 and has a degree from Cambridge University.

The Company will announce its Interim results for the six months to 30 June 2019 on 7 August 2019.
