Property Disposal
In line with the policy of disposing of surplus properties, Hill & Smith
Holdings PLC ('Hill & Smith' or the 'Company') has exchanged contracts for the
sale of two sites, one at Newport and one at Netherton.
The total consideration for the sale of the properties will be £557,000. This
will be used to reduce net borrowings of Hill & Smith.
