On 29 November 2002, the Company received notification that on 27 November
2002, Caledonia General Investments Limited sold its beneficial holding of 5,155,738 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in
the Company ('ordinary shares') representing 8.4 per cent of the total issued ordinary share capital, to its parent 
company, Caledonia Investments plc.

Following these transactions, Caledonia General Investments Limited no longer has a notifiable interest in the ordinary 
shares of the Company and Caledonia Investments plc has a notifiable interest in 5,155,738 ordinary shares, representing
8.4 per cent. of the Company's total issued ordinary shares.
