Holdings in Company
Hill & Smith Holdings PLC (the 'Company') announces that it was notified on 14
September 2005 that Mr G Hampson Silk has disposed of 1,500,000 ordinary shares
in the Company, that Mr PJ Hampson Silk has disposed of 1,500,000 ordinary
shares in the Company and that Hampson Holdings Limited, a company owned by Mr G
Hampson Silk and Mr PJ Hampson Silk, has disposed of 240,500 ordinary shares in
the Company.
Following these disposals, Mr G Hampson Silk is interested in 2,187,201 ordinary
shares (representing 3.5% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company)
and Mr PJ Hampson Silk is interested in 2,193,002 ordinary shares (representing
3.5 % of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company).
