Posting of Circular to Shareholders

Hill & Smith Holdings PLC (the 'Company') announces that it has published today a circular to shareholders ('Circular') in connection with the proposed acquisition of the outstanding minority shareholding in Zinkinvent GmbH ('Zinkinvent') and the proposed disposal of the Benelux and German businesses of Zinkinvent.
