Hill & Smith Holdings PLC is pleased to announce that, at the General Meeting held earlier today in relation to the proposed disposal of France Galva SA, the resolution set out in the Notice of General Meeting contained in the circular to shareholders dated 17 August 2022 was passed by the requisite majority. The resolution was voted on by way of a poll.
