Appointment of Joint Corporate Broker

Hilton Food Group plc ('Hilton'), Europe's leading specialist retail meat packing business, announces that it has appointed Numis Securities Limited ('Numis') as its joint broker with immediate effect. Numis will work alongside Panmure Gordon, who will remain the Group's other corporate broker.
